Annies Shipping Policy

All orders are prepared and dispatched directly from our shop in Sidmouth by our team. We hold all items in stock and carefully check each order before it is sent, ensuring everything arrives exactly as it should.

We know you can’t wait to get your hands on your new bag — and we don’t like to keep you waiting either!

It’s £5 for delivery on orders under £150, or free when you treat yourself to £150 or more.

All orders are dispatched directly from our shop in Sidmouth within 3 working days, although most head out the door the very next day. Our business days are Monday to Friday, so any orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day (because even we take a little seaside breather at the weekend!).

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked Service, so you can follow your order from our door to yours. Once your parcel’s on its way, we’ll send you a dispatch confirmation with tracking details so you’ll know exactly when to expect it.

Please note — these policies apply to UK orders only. If you’re overseas and would like to order from us, just get in touch via our [contact form] or email anniesofsidmouth@icloud.com, and we’ll be happy to provide international shipping rates.
