Annies Online Sales Returns Policy

We want you to love your new bag — but if it’s not quite right, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.

If you change your mind, you can return your item within 28 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange, as long as it’s unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. Please include your proof of purchase (a copy of your receipt or order confirmation works perfectly).

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll of course put that right — whether that means a repair, replacement, or refund — in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

To start a return, just get in touch with us at anniesofsidmouth@icloud.com or the contact form link, and we’ll guide you through the simple steps. Unfortunately, we can’t cover return postage unless the item is faulty, but we always recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method — usually within 5–7 working days.

Christmas Returns 🎁

We know a good bag makes the perfect gift! Purchases made between 1st November and 24th December can be returned or exchanged until 31st January, giving you a little extra time to get it just right. Items must still be unused and in their original condition.
