The top zip comes half way down the bag and is gusseted so the bag can be opened with enough to both see the contents of your bag and get things in and out easily. The is nothing worse than not being able to easily access your bag, no such problems with this one. It is a great backpack for walking, out and about around town and travelling. It is made from the finest Italian vegetable tanned leather that looks better with age. The leather straps are adjustable can be unclipped and clipped together so the bag can be worn across the body. There is a zipped pocket to the front and another to the rear of the bag, internal zip and slip pockets and a light coloured jacquard lining.
